Throughout his career, David Yawn has been recognized for his achievements in business communications by many professional organizations. Below are a few of his more prestigious awards and recognitions.
He garnered The Award For Excellence from the Society of Professional Jounalists in 1995 as well as in 1999.
He was presented with The Communicator Awards' Crystal Award of Excellence in both 1998 and 1999. He also received their Award of Distinction in 2001.
He was awarded the Dalton Pen Communications Award of Merit in the Magazine Category in 1999 and also earned their Award of Excellence in 2001.
Not only was he granted the Award for Excellence from the Apex Awards in 1998, he also received the award again in 1999.
